A partir d\u2019aquell moment la meva vida faria un gir de 360 graus sense saber-ho.<br \/>\u2b50 Aquesta seria la meva primera malaltia, a la qual en seguirien d\u2019altres fins als 43 anys, quan va arribar la m\u00e9s devastadora, amb una gaireb\u00e9 par\u00e0lisi total del meu cos. <br \/>\u2b50 M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que suposa la malaltia i les seves complicacions, el patiment de la teva fam\u00edlia i del teu entorn m\u00e9s proper; avui m'atreveixo a preguntar-te: T'has parat a pensar la causa de la teva malaltia?<br \/>\u2b50 La malaltia \u00e9s el crit que la teva \u00c0nima et fa per aturar-te i preguntar-te qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que no est\u00e0s veient, o t\u2019est\u00e0s callant, o empassant.<br \/>\u2b50 Per experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00f2pia, la malaltia \u00e9s el punt d\u2019inflexi\u00f3 per a una vida amb sentit i alineada amb la meva manera de ser i de viure.<br \/>\u2b50 Totes les malalties han estat una benedicci\u00f3 per deixar el meu personatge i atrevir-me a SER amb total llibertat i amb autenticitat.<\/p><p>\u2b50 El meu llibre \u00e9s una breu descripci\u00f3 de totes les meves experi\u00e8ncies del meu caos interior, que han donat lloc a moltes malalties i les han transformat en catalitzadors per a un viatge d\u2019introspecci\u00f3 i de saviesa.<br \/>\u2b50 Et recomano la seva lectura <strong><em>&#8216;Il\u00b7lumina el teu caos interior&#8217; (Ed.
